By then, I had over a year of experience working on large-scale projects and was better prepared to work independently. The team was smaller than in my previous project, which meant greater responsibilities. I was the lead developer for the fraud and scam report handling features, built with Apex, LWC, Aura and Visualforce, managing my own time and selecting the appropriate technologies and configurations for successful execution. I also owned delivery and deployments across environments, using SourceGit.Leroy MerlinLeroy Merlin →Sole developer responsible for the full Salesforce implementation supporting Leroy Merlin Portugal's customer care and scheduling operations, covering feature development, production support, and multi-environment deployments end to end. I owned feature development across appointment scheduling, MDM account integration, order/quote management, and customer communications (email/SMS), including the SMS provider migration, MDM v2 address enrichment and GDPR data deletion. I designed and maintained REST/SOAP integrations with external systems (MDM, Google Calendar/Drive, Twilio, Pyxis) using Named Credentials, and built Batch/Queueable Apex and Custom Metadata-driven logic, with test coverage above 90%. I set up a Claude Code workflow (project instructions, a Salesforce agent and custom skills) to run implementations and peer reviews in parallel, and used Claude for production root-cause analysis and deployment documentation. Deployments across environments were done with Git and SFDX.
